I purchased my first filter over a year ago. Delivery was quick and it was easy to assemble. It slides in and out of the furnace so much easier than the disposable ones used previously. I have found the air flow in my house to be much better, the house stays warmer. I also noticed that dust accumulation on the furniture is far far less than it used to be. It's easy to wash. I am so impressed with it, I bought a 2nd filter so that I didn't need to go without furnace while I was washing the filter. Very happy with this product and I am so grateful to have found Cycle Air.
