I purchased a 16x25x1 Cycle Air Filter along with a replacement filter early 2024. I still had several of the traditional filters I needed to use before switching. However, before I could switch, my furnace decided to break and I had to purchase a new furnace. Of coarse, the new furnace had a much larger filter rendering the Cycle Air filter I purchased no longer usable by me. By this time it's early 2025. I knew it was a long shot but I would reach out to Cycle Air to see if there was anything they would be willing to do. I thought best case scenario, I would get a discount. Worst case scenario, they would tell me "too bad, too sad". Neither of these things happened. The customer service team had me send back the unused product. Once the items were received, they sent me replacements of the larger (more expensive) filter.
Let me be clear, this all took place after any kind of 30/60/90 day guarantee. I paid for the shipping of the original product back to them but did not pay for the new product to be shipped to me. The new product is a much larger filter and is listed at a much higher cost. The company at no point and time asked me to pay the difference of the two products.
The customer service team was very kind, understanding, and sincere in every correspondence we had. They continuously kept me updated on where things were in the process.
I didn't think customer service like this existed anymore. I haven't had the change to use the new filter yet but a review on the value of customer service alone needed to be made.
